Omega 3 Breakfast Sprinkle

A quick and tasty breakfast topper, perfect to sprinkle on porridge, cereal, yogurt and much more! | Make in advance for a guaranteed nutritious breakfast every day.


Omega-3 are unsaturated fatty acids, that help to support the function of major organs in the body. Such as the brains, heart and eyes, therefore it is very important to consume omega-3 in your diet, or in supplement form.

Omega 3 Breakfast Sprinkle



Ingredients


1/4 cup of Chia Seeds

1/4 cup Flax Seeds

1/4 hemp seeds

1/4 ground nuts

2 tbsp coconut sugar

1/8 tsp salt



Instructions

  1. Measure out all of your ingredients

  2. Then pour them all into a large bowl/container

  3. Make sure to mix all of your ingredients together thoroughly

  4. Finally sprinkle your desired amount on your porridge, smoothie, cereal, yogurt ect. (whatever you believe is best suited to you)
